European and Benelux trademarks

General information
Through a single registration, trademark protection in all countries of the European Union can be obtained by means of a so-called Community Trademark.
It is also possible to obtain separate trademark protection in the Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg) by means of a so-called Benelux trademark.

A trademark can be kept in force forever, provided that renewal fees are timely paid.
